Coach and Mentor Agile teams on Agile principles and practices, ensuring consistent adoption and improvement of agile processes.
Engaging day-to-day with the Agile Scrum teams writing and clarifying user stories, participating in Sprint activities to ensure the implementation of high priority backlog features to align with the Product Roadmap.
Responsible for driving and/or working cross-functionally with Design, Copy Production, and Technology teams that need to be involved in your respective initiatives
Working with cross-functional teams to investigate customer pain points and address opportunities, interpret data and generate innovative and unconventional solutions
Engaging analytics teams to establish, measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for new features
